Privacy by design within Linehub
We are convinced that the behavior of people is the most important part of security. Our employees are well informed about what is and is not permitted when it comes to the processing of data. There are guidelines and there is a separate policy for incoming data. In addition, there is a safety and escalation protocol. Our data policy is regularly brought to the attention of all colleagues and is also an integral part of our personnel handbook. A legal and compliance officer is responsible for the above mentioned policy.
A second essential part of our data security is that we store as little sensitive data as possible (privacy by design). For our client interfaces, we have an advanced rights system, which means that only authorized personnel of a certain level can access certain transactional data. Where applicable, we conclude separate processor agreements with our customers and suppliers.
Do you want to know more about how Linehub handles your data or do you want us to delete your data? Then feel free to contact us via legal@linehub.com.
ISO/IEC 27001: data security
Linehub and its labels strive to achieve the best security of our systems, it has therefore obtained the ISO 27001 certification. This internationally recognized certification confirms that Linehub meets all the requirements of an information security management system and that it meets internationally recognized best practices for information security management.
The certification is applicable for Linehub and its labels Affiliprint, Basebuilder, Conversive and Daisycon. The certificate is available for download.
If you are in need of a customized Statement of Applicability, please request this via email. Make sure to include the following details in your request: Full name, job title, company name, the reason for your request.
To continually uphold security measures, we work together with professional data security companies. In addition to the regular checks by our own technical department, we regularly conduct so-called penetration tests. We also have standard control processes for the use of new software. This ensures that, in between penetration tests, only secure software is used. Our servers are managed at separate locations in the Netherlands by external hosting providers. These providers are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.
Cookies
We follow the EU GDPR and ePrivacy rules: nothing other than strictly necessary storage is set on your device before you have given consent. When you first visit the site you see a cookie banner where you can accept all, reject non-essential, or pick categories. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work and are not optional. We only set them when needed — for example, after you sign in to the admin area, your authenticated session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in between page loads. No tracking happens here.
Functional
Stores your cookie preferences and enables embedded forms that need cookies to work. Loaded only if you opt in.
Analytics
The site currently loads no analytics scripts. If we add an analytics tool in the future, it will only be loaded after you opt in to this category.
Marketing
Our demo and newsletter forms are powered by HubSpot. The HubSpot embed script sets tracking cookies that identify returning visitors and attribute conversions. We only load HubSpot — and therefore only set these cookies — if you opt in to the marketing category. See HubSpot's privacy policy for details.

Whistleblower Policy
We actively invest in a good relationship with all staff and everyone around us, because we believe in the strength of a collective collaboration. We move mountains for you, each other, our partners, and society. We strengthen each other by working together; both with our co-workers and our partners. Our guidelines and policies are in place to ensure the outcome of our values in our day-to-day work.
Together with our values, we stimulate engagement by giving feedback and encourage our co-workers to speak up when they see activity or behaviour which they feel is wrong or does not match our values. The goal of this policy is to provide very clear guidelines on how we approach and manage this feedback. With our whistleblower policy, we aim to ensure that:
- Every employee and third party has the chance to speak up anonymously when they feel we are not adhering to our corporate values. They should have a place to report misconduct, and every report will be heard, acted on and improvements are made based on the results.
- Linehub believes everyone should be able to make reports anonymously. We commit to protecting informant's identities and they only need to reveal themselves if they choose to.
- We will investigate every report of misconduct. At the end of the investigation, we will document the results and provide feedback when appropriate.
This procedure is solely intended for reporting (potential or suspected) wrongdoings or irregularities such as: dishonest, fraudulent, inappropriate, illegal or negligent professional activity or behaviour by Linehub personnel and failure by another person to act appropriately, with propriety or in accordance with the law when fulfilling their duties.
Examples are:
- Breaches of civil law, criminal law or regulations;
- Harassment, bullying or forms of discrimination in the workplace;
- Violations or breaches of Linehub's core values, internal rules or regulations or other unethical conduct.
There are several ways to report wrongdoings or irregularities related to Linehub:
- By using the 'file a report' button;
- By sending an (anonymous) e-mail to confidential@linehub.com;
- By speaking with one of the Whistleblower Counselors (Wouter Buter and Zamora Catsburg).
